A hand-operated tabletop looper that packs BOSS's cutting-edge technology into a compact design. The two stereo loop tracks each have their own dedicated controls and indicators. It is possible to use four INPUT FX applied to recording sources and four DJ/sampler-style TRACK FX applied to loop tracks simultaneously. In addition to two-track phrase loops, a wide variety of setups, including effect and playback settings, can be saved in 64 memories (8 memories x 8 banks). External control can be expanded with foot switches, expression pedals, MIDI controllers, etc. The inputs include an XLR terminal that supports phantom power, a mono/stereo terminal for instruments, and a stereo AUX IN terminal. It has 17 built-in rhythm patterns, including odd time signatures. USB connection to a PC allows for phrase import/export and integration with a DAW.
