Ok

Slightly delayed delivery with a damaged box, contents were all complete and only slightly creased. Overall good process for a hard-to-get product

I ordered BTS BT21 plush toys Cooky and Koya, but I didn't get Cooky, instead I got Chimmy! I am not satisfied at all, I wanted Cooky!
