How to Use
Use the included sponge for flexible blending. Create a crisp, sharp cat eye line or blend the edges for a softer look. Use this pencil as both eyeliner and eyeshadow. If the tip of the pencil becomes blunt, sharpen it with the included sharpener. Due to its high oil content, please use a cleanser to remove makeup.
