Promark's new Hybrid Rods offer drummers the feel and response of a stick with the subdued volume of a rod. The shorter rod section is made of slightly grainy bamboo and the grip is made of Fire Frain Hickory. The rod has an O-ring, and by fine-tuning the tightness, you can change the attack feeling you get. The Fire Grain Hickory grip is slightly thicker due to the rod at the tip, and is 2B size.
