Thank you

Thank you

It takes a very long time to arrive, extending the delivery times more and more each time, even when they are already set, and you pay for shipping. I'm not buying here again, I don't recommend it at all. The product OK.

The brewing cup is very small for a volume of 1.2 liters. The thermos lid is very slippery and inconvenient to open. Wishes to the manufacturer; make the infuser cup 4 cm longer and then it will be excellent. Knurling on the lid.

The item arrived in a dented box, and the item itself has a dent.

I'm buying a second thermos, for my wife, I'm satisfied with the quality.

Excellent thermos, keeps the temperature.

Good and high-quality

Excellent thermos
