Tonymoly Make HD Hair Bleach Powder 10g + Lotion 30ml

The ratio for bleach powder and lotion is 1:3.

Mix the powder and lotion well with a brush and plastic bottle.

Be careful not to let the mixture in touch with the scalp.

Leave on 10-20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
