Item didn’t arrive despite the status claiming it had been delivered. Customer support was unhelpful or non existent. Onus was put on me to check the street to see if It had been delivered to the wrong house and I couldn’t get a refund or replacement. No card left to claim it was anywhere else and no photo taken to show where the item had been left. Terrible customer service and won’t be using again. I’ve ended up just taking a loss for the cost of the product.
