The shoe rack arrived completely broken!!! The tubes are bent in half, the plastic is twisted. This is visible from the box. How could this happen?????

The shoe rack is damaged, the side panels are broken, it's impossible to assemble. The whole construction is unstable. I do not recommend this manufacturer.

The description says it holds 8 pairs... Even children's shoes won't fit two pairs per shelf here. Arrived damaged.
