System Setup 4.Tool Information 5.Update Use the arrows on the diagnostic tool to select from the five items above as needed and press the YES button. If you select Diagnostics, Auto Scan will appear, and pressing it will start the diagnosis. After the diagnostic results are displayed and you confirm them, press YES to proceed to the next screen. On this screen you can see what the fault code was. When DTCs is selected, press YES to select Read All DTCs and all codes will be displayed. If you select YES for the displayed code, the name of the car manufacturer will appear. Select the manufacturer of the vehicle you are investigating and it will show you what kind of fault the displayed code indicates. Pressing NO will return you to the previous screen. This is a simple way to check the fault code. To clear the fault codes, select Read All DTCs → Clear DTCs. *Please use at your own risk.
