However, brown rice is more prone to boiling over, so we recommend cooking 1 cup for the 2-cup size and 2 cups for the 4-cup size. 👉【Recommended Easy Cooking Method: "Surprise Cooking"】① Quickly rinse the brown rice and drain it in a colander. Soaking is not necessary. ② Put the brown rice and 1.2 to 1.5 times the amount of water into a pot. ③ Cover and cook over high heat for 17 minutes. ④ Add the second batch of water ("Surprise Water").
