A little average quality but considering the price...
The hole punch arrived without external damage, but it doesn't work: it only cuts the circle on one side because the mechanism doesn't engage fully. It is impossible to use it for its intended purpose. I contacted customer support. Waiting for a response.. Refunded full price.
The hole punch doesn't work, the packaging was already torn and then taped up. Most likely they sent a damaged item that had already been returned
I use this hole punch to make irises for doll eyes. Suitable for 16, 18 mm eyes
