Gigante d'Italia leaf parsley is a plant with smooth, aromatic leaves. It does not form a tap root. It has a higher content of vitamins and mineral salts, calcium and iron than root parsley, and the high content of aromatic oils gives it a characteristic aroma.
The leaves grow back quickly after cutting. Recommended for direct consumption, as a seasoning for dishes, and for the production of dried fruit. It can be left in the ground for the winter.
