How can this be called a strap? The fabric is like in seamless panties, very thin and elastic, even seems stretched. It doesn't tighten anything under the chin, it even hangs. You can't wear it with loose hair, it slides off, hair gets caught on the velcro. If you make a ponytail, only a high one, because the upper part still slides off. The lower part is very stretched.
