◎Wing Chun
A Chinese martial art primarily based on bare-knacks, passed down primarily in Guangdong Province. Originating from Shaolin martial arts, it is believed to have a history dating back 200 to 300 years.
Due to its distinctive hand techniques, Wing Chun techniques are often seen in action scenes in Hong Kong films and, more recently, Hollywood movies.
◎Bagua
Counted alongside Tai Chi and Xingyi Quan as one of the three internal martial arts advocated by Sun Lu Tang, it is a highly renowned Chinese martial art today.
As its name suggests, it is characterized by its circular movements with the palm open, based on a technique theory based on the Bagua.
◎Liuhe Quan
It is comprised of spear techniques and weapon techniques such as the large nunchucks Changzhizihuan and Erjiechuan.
Like Bajiquan, a Hui-based martial art, it is known for its powerful Fa Jin.
The "Liuhe" in Xinyi Liuhe refers to the inner three hes of "heart and will, will and qi, and qi and strength," combined with the outer three hes of "hands and feet, elbows and knees, shoulders and thighs."
◆A kung fu battle action film depicting the exploits of Yen Wing Chun, one of the Four Heroes of Shaolin, the most powerful women in Chinese martial arts history!
