This is a text-based romance adventure game that depicts the events after the story of "Tsukikage no Kusari ~Sakuran Paranoia~ (PS (R) Vita version: released December 23, 2015)," or alternative encounters and futures with the same characters. The setting is the same as the previous game, a secluded island with a strong Japanese atmosphere reminiscent of the late Taisho and early Showa periods. In this game, the relationships between each character and the protagonist are highlighted even more than in the previous game.
