The hot water turns the veneers slightly malleable. 2- Remove the impressimaterial from the packaging and place them in a cup of hot water for 1 minute or until they become transparent and clear in colour. 3- Remove the impressimaterial with a spoand press into the trough and back of the veneers with your fingers. 4- with a pinching motilooking into a mirror, firmly positithe Instant Smile Teeth over your own teeth 5- Press them firmly against your teeth and gently pat the impressimaterial with your thumbs behind your real teeth so it holds in position. This operatirequires patience and the impressimaterial must be molded around your real teeth for the veneers to get a good grip. 6- Gently ease the veneer out of your mouth after 30 seconds (do not leave impressimore than 30 seconds as it will set hard and becomes difficult to remove) then put them in a glass of cold water to cool and harden 7- if you did not get a good fit, you can always remold the impressimaterial by putting them in hot water and try again. you can repeat as many times as you want as the impressimaterial can be reused many times.
