It is made by Uji Marukyu Koyamaen and comes in a 40 gram pull-top can. Be sure to store in a refrigerated warehouse. No colorings or flavorings are used. Marukyu Koyamaen's matcha is characterized by its low bitterness and subtle sweetness. Not only is it great for everyday use, but it's also great for tea parties! Put half a scoop or one teaspoon of matcha into a tea bowl, add hot water, and whisk. About 70cc of hot water is recommended. Since matcha is finely ground, it is prone to clumping, so it is a good idea to pass it through a sieve or tea strainer.
