This product was never delivered! Even though Joom says it was. Furthermore, it was supposed to be delivered to my home, but it turned out that 1 item had arrived on the other side of the city. I picked up that item. But...... I paid for both products. Unreachable customer service? (Also couldn't find it anywhere after installing the app!)
