The little one, as big as a palm, came loaded. Update: so it came charged and while it was charged we managed to use it after it discharged it no longer charges, we tried at several outlets, it shows that it is charging but it doesn't charge. We kept it plugged in for 24 hours without success!

The item is of poor quality. The brush heads are too soft and the size is more suitable for children. I do not want the item and therefore want to return it. Many Thanks

Hello, I ordered two identical brushes. As a result, they are different, one looks like the original, but the other is a replica. The replica has a different box, no moisture protection, a different charging cable, even the packaging of the brushes themselves is different, and it doesn't hold a charge. Terrible!

Very sorry. It arrived defective. The power button was initially difficult to detect for pressing and then completely got stuck and doesn't press. It lasted for only up to 3 power-ons. A shame.
