However, when I was placing the order, I was made to understand that the order would be delivered within a couple of days, sadly it has taken way too long for over a month. Furthermore, it is so disappointing that the phone case costs over £58 and the two car air freshners cost over £18, yet delivery was not timely when one has paid so much. I could get same product from Ebay for less than half the price and within a couple of days after purchase. Due to the long wait time, the cost of the products and no clear delvery time estimate. I cannot recommend anyone to buy from Joom and will leave a review on Trustplot about my experience in a couple of days.
