The creators of this fragrance are Olivier Cresp and Alexandra Monet. Top note: mandarin; Middle note: marine notes; Base note: moss. About Kenzo Fashion designer Takada Kenzo, born in 1939, was one of the first men to attend the Bunka Fashion College in Tokyo (a college that previously admitted only women). After graduating with limited funds, Kenzo had to mix fabrics from retail vendors with other bold textiles to create his garments. In 1970, he opened his first store, "Jungle Jap." He won the Fashion Editor Club of Japan award. His menswear collection was launched in 1983, and in 1988 he introduced women's fragrances, including Kenzo de Kenzo, Parfum D'Ete, Le monde est beau, and L'eau de Kenzo. In 1991, he also launched a fragrance for men. Kenzo retired in 1999, leaving the fashion house to his assistants.
