📦 Receipt & Warranty
1. Inspection: Inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If you find any damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and submit a warranty claim through the platform within 7 days. Minor transportation scratches are not covered by warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage: Normal wear and tear parts (e.g., tires, brake pads) are not covered under warranty.
3. Battery Care: Fully charge the battery upon arrival. For optimal battery health, a weekly recharge is recommended, even if not fully depleted.
🔄 Return Policy
1. For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong model ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. The returned item must be in new, unused condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
