Delivery & Warranty
1. Inspection: Please inspect the scooter immediately upon delivery. If you find any damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact our customer service within 7 days. Minor scratches from shipping are not covered under warranty.
2. Warranty Scope: Normal wear and tear parts (such as tires, brake pads, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
3. Battery Care: Charge the battery fully upon receipt. For optimal battery health, we recommend charging it at least once a week, even if not in frequent use.
Return Policy
1. For returns not due to product quality issues (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong model), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
