Vita-Min Multiple Sport 40+ is a multi-vitamin preparation developed for active persons over 40 years old. Vita-Min Multiple 40+ is dedicated to persons who- aim at maintaining health and vitality,- want to facilitate the metabolic processes of the body,- want to improve their exercise capacity,- want to supplement their diet with vitamins and minerals. Physical exercise, despite its many advantages, is associated with the risk of the activation of oxidative stress. It occurs when the balance of the oxidation and reduction processes in the body is disturbed, which results in the excessive accumulation of free radicals in the body. Antioxidants, the function of which is to neutralise ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species), are not able to cope with the problem on such a scale.
