SIZE TOO SMALL

The size is completely different!!!! I ordered 3 XL, in the size chart it was indicated "Chest circumference 112 cm". The product arrived, half chest circumference 49 cm!!! There is no way to fit!!!!! See the photo! I would like to return the money!
