◆Yoshiko Tatsumi (Chef and Author)
Born in 1924. Learned home cooking alongside her mother, Hamako Tatsumi, a pioneer in culinary research.
She has not only studied Japanese cuisine but also independently honed her skills in European cuisine, and continues to offer fundamental suggestions on food that supports the power of life.
The soup that she sipped on her father's last moments has been enjoyed by many people across Japan, spreading a quiet circle of感動 (deep emotion) as "the soup of life." Her numerous books include "For You: Soup That Sustains Life," "Diary of Taste," "From Hands to Heart," "The Table of Life," and "Yoshiko Tatsumi's Seasonal Flavors."

Born in 1948. Film director. Professor at Joshibi University of Art and Design. Former NHK Executive Producer. He has planned and produced special documentaries such as "The Silk Road," "Einstein's Romance," "The Tibetan Book of the Dead," "Ende's Testament," and "World Heritage Project."
He has gained high acclaim for his innovative expressive techniques using the latest video technology, focusing on themes such as the spiritual world, art, theoretical physics, and modern history.
