This item is very disappointing. The description said it was a warm coat. It is not warm and dark colors worn underneath can be seen through what should have been a lovely winter white coat. The material it is made from is very thin with no lining. The picture on the model shows a heavier textured material and with a lining of at least the front edge, collar and hood. This is not on the sent item, the entire coat is just a rolled single edge. It mentioned buttons on the collar but they do not exist. The description of the sizing said it was a loose fit so I ordered my usual size and expected it to be loose. It was actually too tight, not flowing like the picture. I would like a refund of my money as this is a complete misrepresentation.
