⭐☆☆☆☆ Return? An absolute catastrophe! I have rarely experienced such a complicated and customer-unfriendly return process. Only an address is provided for the return. However, further important details are required for shipping and customs clearance – including the recipient's name and an email address. You simply cannot get this information from Joom. The customer service is also a disaster. You wait at least 2 days for a response, and when a response finally comes, the actual problem is not solved. Instead, you get general standard answers or the same information over and over again, which is completely unhelpful.. The whole thing then repeats every few days: Question asked → Wait 2 days → Useless answer → Ask again → Wait another 2 days. And then, of course, you're supposed to process the return within 2 weeks. How is that supposed to work if Joom doesn't provide the necessary information for the return in a timely manner?? The return period naturally continues during this time. So the customer is not to blame that Joom takes several days for a simple request and then provides no concrete information..
