2. OE Number: The part numbers for reference is 39123 2B700,MG7.9.8,9003050349KA, please confirm whether it is consistent with the OE you need.
3. High Performance: The engine computer board is made of durable aluminum alloy housing and precision welded internal circuit board, which effectively prevents vibration and wear and ensures stable operation and long lifespan.
4. Multifunction: ECU has powerful functions, including control of the working state of the engine, strong anti interference ability, has a wealth of interfaces, and can communicate and integrate with other vehicle systems.
5. Installation Tip: ECU board is not a plug and play unit, it is recommended to find a professional auto repair engineer to install, need to be reprogrammed and recoded.
Specification:
Item Type: Engine Control Module ECU
Material: Aluminum alloy + ABS
OEM: 39123 2B700, MG7.9.8, 9003050349KA
Condition: Non remanufactured part
Fitment: Replacement for KiaFit for Accent (programming is required for installation)
Function and Application:
1. Control the working state of the engine: The engine computer board is the core equipment of engine control, which analyzes and controls the engine by receiving sensor signals to achieve better fuel economy, reduce emissions and protect the engine.
2. Strong protection and anti interference ability: The engine computer board adopts sophisticated hardware components and efficient software algorithms, which has strong anti interference ability and high reliability, and can work normally in harsh working environments.
3. Complete functions and strong scalability: The engine computer board has rich functions and interfaces, which can communicate and integrate with other vehicle systems (such as transmission, ABS, on board entertainment system, etc.) to realize intelligent control of the vehicle.
Installation Considerations:
1. It is recommended to find a professional auto mechanic to install, programming is required before installation
2. When installing the product, pay attention to check the reason for the previous computer board to avoid burning the computer board again with the same fault.
3. Check whether the voltage is normal (voltage about 12V) before installing the computer board, it is recommended not to install it above 15V, check whether the line is normal and whether the iron is good, otherwise there is a possibility of burning the computer board.
4. After installing the computer board (insert the plug for test operation), turn the key to the NO position, switchback and forth three or four times, and then start.
5. If the car has anti theft, you need to decode (match) first, this depends on your car and not the computer board
Correct Installation Method Of Computer Board:
1. First remove a live wire from the battery wire, then install the computer board (circuit board), and then connect the battery wire wire.
2. Hit the car key to NO and do not land the car, wait 1‑2 minutes before igniting,
3. If the fire did not catch last time, repeat the previous step and try again, or see if there is dust in the plug of the computer board, if there is any, you can clean it with a clean brush, or check whether the pins are neat, so that the computer board is finished
Troubleshooting Solution:
1. The fault light indicates that there is a problem with the sensor.
2. Repeatedly burn the computer board ECU or can t afford to refuel, please check whether the generator voltage is normal.
3. If there is a lack of cylinder, check whether the spark plug, ignition line, fuel injection nozzle, etc. are normal.
4. If there is idle instability, please check whether the idle motor and throttle valve body are normal and have foreign objects.
5. If there is difficulty in starting, please check whether the pressure sensor and water temperature sensor are normal.
6. If it cannot be started, please check whether the crankshaft position sensor Speed Sensor is normal.
Board Basics:
1 Product installation: confirm the matching of product model and specifications, install and fix the new circuit board, connect the wiring harness connector, repeatedly switch the ignition switch 3 5 times switch time 2 3s, closing time 4 6s
2 Check and judge after installing the computer board:
1) Whether the idle speed is running normally heat engine 800 950 rpm, cold engine 1000 1300 rpm,
2) Whether the electronic fan is running normally 85 celsius on, 90 celsius off,
3) Whether the air conditioner is running normally turn on the idle speed to 1100 1300 rpm,
4) Whether the heat engine exhaust gas is normal If there is abnormality, please check the pressure sensor,
5) If there is idle speed and refueling is weak, please adjust the ignition angle appropriately..
