Bush mount is a consumable item
The rubber parts that make up various bushings deteriorate not only due to mileage but also over time.
Even if the rubber appears to be in normal condition, the hardness, elasticity, and rigidity of the rubber may no longer be appropriate, or there may be hidden cracks or peeling.
