Dear Sirs. I bought the motorcycle because I liked the model as well as the technical characteristics provided. Although the order was delivered on June 26th, and as I am already 83 years old, I could only complete the assembly on July 19th. Yesterday, July 20th, after fully charging the battery, I went for the test ride and after riding 6 kilometers, the battery completely ran out of charge. Given this fact, I was forced to push the motorcycle by hand for 6 kilometers to get home. I must say it was very stressful having to push the motorcycle for this entire distance, and all this at 83 years old. After all this mess, I recharged the battery again and went out again to test the battery range, and I must say that the maximum I managed to ride was 6 kilometers and a few meters. I ask for your help in resolving this problem because, under these conditions, I cannot use the motorcycle to meet my needs. PLEASE SEND ME A WORKING BATTERY SO THAT I CAN ENJOY THE AMOUNT I SPENT ON BUYING THE MOTORCYCLE. Item number:GJ8D7Y66 I eagerly await a quick solution to the problem. Thank you very, very much. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The BK20 is exactly as described by the store and, so far, has met expectations. The delivery took longer than the timeframe initially indicated by the store and the front brake disc arrived warped, which forced me to make an adjustment/replacement. For these reasons, I give 4 stars. Overall, I recommend the purchase. (Mirror was added by me, it does not come with the bicycle)

Hello. Here is the state in which I received my package, thrown over the fence, cardboard exploded. Very disappointed for a first order, delivery 8 days late plus the box in this state. Not professional at all.
