Our Commitment to Our Manufacturing Plant We carefully process tea leaves from our own farm in Makinohara, Shizuoka, Japan's top tea-producing region, and from carefully selected contract farmers, in our factory (FSSC 22000 certified) under strict quality control. We have an integrated production system from tea leaf cultivation to finishing, roasting, processing, and packaging. Because we store the raw tea in our own freezer at minus 30 degrees Celsius and finish it for each shipment, we are able to deliver consistently fresh, high-quality products throughout the year.
