Ordered two figurines, unfortunately, one of them was mixed up (received Pierrot instead of Pantalone) and another was put in, and also the first one has a small stain. They refunded 50% of the cost of the mixed-up figurine.

Figure of good quality, card and original packaging are present. Everything is super!

Slightly crumpled packaging but overall everything is ideal. Thank you very much)
