Customers having lenses replaced in-store can have the processing fee waived for the first time only if they present the sunglasses themselves and the shipping confirmation email showing the shipping date to our store staff within 6 months of the product being shipped. Please be sure to present these to our staff. If more than 6 months have passed since the product was shipped, or if you do not present the shipping confirmation email, a processing fee of ¥3,300 will be charged in addition to the lens cost.
