1. If you sweat a lot, wash immediately. 2. Never use chlorine bleach or strong enzyme detergents. 3. Be especially careful as the rib or band parts can deform in hot water. 4. First dissolve the detergent in water and then wash it after it has fully dissolved. 5. As white clothing and colored clothes can transfer color, wash them separately. 6. If left in water for too long or after washing, it can fade or bleed, so drain it promptly. 7. For products with prints, wash them inside out to prevent damage to the print. 8. Note that slight shrinkage may occur after washing. 9. Be careful as those with sensitive skin may have allergic reactions. 10. Severe friction may cause pilling.
