Instructions
Step 1: Exfoliate lip dead skin and wipe clean lip surface before makeup.
Step 2: Twist up appropriate amount of lipstick core from the tube bottom.
Step 3: Outline lip contour first, then fill inner lips evenly for full coverage.
Step 4: Dab thin extra layer on lip center to boost glossy plump effect.
Step 5: Can overlay on matte lip products to turn dry matte into moist shiny lip finish.
