Millet groats
It is made from hulled millet and tastes really excellent. Its greatest advantage is versatility, as it can be used in the kitchen for any type of dish. Millet groats are characterized by a bright yellow hue and small grains.

In its composition, it can boast a low starch content, but a high protein concentration. This means that millet groats will be a great addition to a vegetarian or vegan diet, which lacks animal protein.. In addition, groats contain many B vitamins, vitamin E, as well as iron, copper, silicon, and lecithin.

As we mentioned earlier, millet groats have more than one name – you can prepare delicious cakes and desserts from them, such as millet pudding, and also use them as a side dish for meats, salads, or casseroles.. It pairs fantastically with sauces, thanks to its delicate and velvety taste. It's a good alternative to potatoes or rice for dinners, and also an idea for breakfasts and suppers.

Organic products were produced in accordance with the standards for organic food production and cultivation, which are contained in the Journal of Laws of 25.06.2009 on organic farming. (Dz. AT. from 2018. poz. 1054). This food comes from organic farms, which means it is free from GMOs.
