Diamond Core Drill Bit for Concrete Hole Saw 122mm 450mm TITANIUM

Description
Diamond core drill bit hole saw for TITANIUM drilling rigIndex: WKDBT012245001TECHNICAL DATA⭐ Drill diameter (mm): 122⭐ Working length (mm): 400⭐ Total length (mm): 450⭐ Thread: 1 1/4 UNC (5/4 UNC for drilling rig)⭐ Intended use: Wet drilling in concrete, brick, stone, cement board, asphalt⭐ Diamond segment ("tooth") height: 10mm⭐ Body material: Steel⭐ Packaging: Cardboard⭐ Pack quantity (pcs): 1 CHARACTERISTICS✅ 5/4 UNC Standard thread - ensures compatibility with the most popular drilling rigs. (Carat, Eibenstock, Bosch, Milwaukee, Yato, Wurth, Dedra) ✅ Drill Body - Made of the highest quality steel, the tube is rigid enough to withstand the high stresses generated during drilling. Increased abrasion resistance extends the life of the drill bit and allows for multiple reconditioning (available through our service center), which increases savings! ✅ Induction Brazing - Induction brazing technology and a silver alloy binder provide a combination that provides high flexibility and stress resistance, facilitating the reconditioning process without the need to shorten the body. ✅ Turbo Segment - High-quality diamond segments, made from the best components on the market, and a proven formula ensure an optimal ratio of drilling speed to segment life. The appropriate segment shape allows for free water flow, quickly flushing debris from the drill hole and optimal drill bit cooling. ✅ Universal use - this drill bit is designed for wet drilling in concrete, brick, stone, cement board, and asphalt. MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS ⚠️ The crown is designed for wet drilling. A water jet should constantly cool the diamond segments to prevent them from overheating. ⚠️ The crown should be drilled perpendicular (at a 90-degree angle) to the drilled surface. ⚠️ The crown should not be drilled too fast, and in some hard materials, additional breaks should be taken to allow the diamond segments to cool. ‼️ MOST COMMON ERRORS WHILE WORKING ❌ Lack of water cooling – the surest way to burn the drill bit. ❌ Too much pressure – causes segments to chip instead of cutting. ❌ Too high a speed – overheating and rapid diamond wear. ❌ Incorrect setting – lateral run-out destroys the segments. ✴️ INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 1. ✔️ Site Preparation: Check for electrical wires or pipes in the drilling area (use a detector). Secure the drill rig securely to the ground. Ensure you have access to a water supply – cooling is mandatory. 2. ✔️ Equipment Preparation: Check the condition of the core drill bit – the diamond segments must be even and uncracked. Ensure the bit is securely tightened. Connect the water supply – a continuous stream of water will cool the core drill bit and flush out any debris. Put on personal protective equipment: goggles, headphones, gloves, and a dust mask. 3. ✔️ Start Drilling: Align the drill bit precisely with the hole axis. Begin drilling at low speed, applying light pressure to allow the core drill bit to "bite" into the concrete. After a few millimeters of penetration, you can increase the speed, but do not press too hard – the diamond cuts the material, not the force of the force. 4. ✔️ Proper Drilling: Maintain a constant water supply (clear water with the drilling material is a sign that the cooling system is working). Do not overheat the drill bit – lack of water, dust instead of slurry, or smoke are alarming signals. If you are drilling deeply, periodically pull the drill bit out slightly to remove the drilling material. If the drill bit begins to cut poorly, do not press any harder. This most often indicates: - insufficient cooling, - incorrect speed (too high/too low), - stuck segments – in this case, you need to "drill through soft material" (e.g., brick or silicate block) to expose the diamonds. 5. ✔️ Finishing the Work: After drilling the hole, turn off the speed and water only after the drill bit has completely stopped. Clean the tool and check the condition of the segments. If the drill bit is overheated (segments are smooth, without visible diamond grains), it needs to be reconditioned or drilled through soft material.
