Hello. This message was sent to support@joom.com on the 6th of october, but I have not got a confirmation that you have received it. We received the model and it was a gift for our grandson. Unfortunately it is faulty: the horns were not attached as depicted, they arrived loose in the box the packaging was clearly damaged the figure does not fit on the display stand, only two of the attachment pins fit into their holes. No matter how we positioned the figure, the left wingarm and the right arm could not be placed correctly at all when the leg pins were in their holes. See attached photos I want a refund, but there is no real way to follow these instructions as there is abolutely no " Joom support team button to the right" as described when I select the order.
