Apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) is a species of perennial plant belonging to the Rosaceae family. The first varieties came from Asia, from the areas of Kyrgyzstan and China. Currently, it is commonly cultivated in many countries around the world.
The apricot tree develops very early in spring, which is why in Poland its flowers often freeze due to spring frosts.
BEWARE of sulfured apricots, which have a much lighter color due to the addition of preservatives. Our apricots do not contain any additives such as dyes or sulfates.
