This game is a spin-off of the 2019 German Game of the Year Expert Category winner, 'Wingspan'. While following the system of 'Wingspan', the theme has been changed from 'birds' to 'dragons', and many new elements have been added. It is a resource management game with a focus on hand management.

Your goal as dragon researchers is to create the ultimate sanctuary in three caves named the Crimson Hollow, the Golden Cave, and the Amethyst Abyss. Use coins and resources to excavate caves, tame unique dragons, have them settle in the caves, and lay eggs. Each dragon has its own preferences and personality. Dig and lure them into the caves according to their needs, and meet as many of their ability conditions as possible. Additionally, send your investigators into the caves to explore, increase your reputation at the Dragon Guild, and earn extra rewards.

There are 183 different types of dragons. Be sure to read the appendix 'Records about Dragons' which documents their diverse ecology.
