A crossover synthesizer that condenses two different sound engines—analog and digital—into a compact body. The JD-Xi features an analog circuit and SuperNATURAL synth sounds comparable to INTEGRA-7, making it a crossover of analog and digital synthesizers. It also packs various functions such as pattern sequencer and vocoder into a compact form. It is filled with rich analog bass and lead synth sounds that can be freely controlled with knobs, as well as PCM synth sounds including pads, strings, and brass. Equipped with 37 mini keys (velocity-sensitive). Maximum polyphony of 129 voices (128 digital synth/drum kit voices, 1 analog synth voice). Note: Digital synth has a maximum polyphony of 64 voices.
