Product description

A lion ring made with an original motif of a lion, which is a guardian animal. There are split chrysanthemums on both sides and a sun crest on the forehead.

One theory holds that the lion, which is the root of Japan's guardian dog, Okinawa Shisa, originated from the lion statue culture of the ancient Orient, which traveled along the Silk Road through India and China, and was brought to Japan along with Buddhism during the Asuka period.
