We have dyed MiW's gentle and whimsical stories onto a large furoshiki (wrapping cloth) using the Yuzen dyeing technique. A furoshiki, a single square piece of cloth, has a long history of being a convenient tool that has blended into the lives of people and the times. It is something that we want to continue to use as a sustainable "cloth for living," now and in the future. The MiW furoshiki is made of 100% cotton, a slightly thin backing cloth with a gentle texture. We believe that it can be used in a variety of ways, not just for wrapping, but as a "cloth for living." Caution: Wash separately as color bleeding may occur. Do not tumble dry; hang dry in the shade. Iron from the reverse side using a pressing cloth. Dry cleaning is possible.
