ELIXIR Electric Guitar Strings OPTIWEB Super Light .009-.042 #19002

Product Introduction: An innovative string that uses special advanced polymer technology to protect the winding from sweat, body oils, and dirt, preventing corrosion and extending the high sound quality of strings by 3 to 5 times compared to regular uncoated strings. Since its release in 1997, it has been highly praised by many professional and amateur musicians worldwide. Coated Wound Strings: Elixir coated wound strings come in three types of coatings. All long life, but differ in sound quality and feel. - The Elixir with ultra-thin nano-web coating provides a bright and powerful sound similar to uncoated strings, with moderate finger noise. - The Elixir with original polyweb coating offers a refined and balanced sound with minimal finger noise and a smooth playing feel. - The Elixir with innovative optiweb coating delivers a crispy sound like non-coated premium strings, with a natural feel and grip. Anti-Rust Plain Strings: The newly developed special corrosion-resistant treatment for plain strings maintains sound quality while reducing rust and corrosion, successfully extending lifespan by 3 to 5 times compared to conventional plain strings. This groundbreaking treatment improves the balance of lifespan between plain strings and coated wound strings, allowing for a longer-lasting fresh feel and tone when changing strings.
