Does this preparation fit my car?
This preparation is intended for cars from 2016, in which the air conditioning system is factory-filled with
R1234yf refrigerant
- How much preparation do you need? One can contains 170 grams of FixClima refrigerant, which is equivalent to 453 grams of the previous refrigerant.
R1234yf
- If your car's system should contain up to 500g of refrigerant - 1 can is enough. If your car's system should contain more than 500g of refrigerant - 2 cans are needed.
- What is the thread on the can?
- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE KIT:
In the hose in the needle valve, retract the needle as much as possible (by turning the knob counterclockwise).
Screw the valve onto the can.
- Start the car's engine and air conditioning (closed-loop mode, maximum power, lowest temperature).
- Connect the hose with the pressure gauge to the vehicle's low-pressure valve and position the can with the valve down.
- Measure the system pressure (see the section on the pressure gauge).
- Turn the knob clockwise to pierce the can with the needle and begin filling.
- Stop charging when the pressure gauge needle is in the green area, i.e. between 25 and 55 PSI.
- Disconnect the FixClima hose from the car's system and screw the hose nut onto the hose low pressure in the vehicle.
- Leave the car with the engine running and the air conditioning settings as in point 3 for another several minutes.
- After approximately two weeks, repeat point 5, i.e. check the pressure in the system.
