ATLAS GTA Super Polymer Smoothing Compound allows you to quickly level the surface of walls and ceilings, both manually and by machine.
High flexibility makes it resistant to various cracks, so it looks good for years to come. It also works well for joining plasterboards with reinforcing tape. It is very easy to apply, and there are no problems with even application.

Substrate preparation
The substrate should be: sound, air-dry - the assumed air-drying time is:
- 1 week per cm of thickness for new gypsum, cement, and cement-lime plasters,
- 28 days for concrete walls and ceilings.
The above data applies to standard conditions (20 oC and 55% Rh). These times may change in other conditions.
Mass preparation
The mass is ready for use when applied manually. When applying with a roller or mechanically, dilute the mass with clean water up to 2%. Stir the mass immediately before use. Use mixers that do not cause air entrainment.
Applying the plaster
Roller application: Apply the mass using a roller with a minimum 11 mm pile, spreading it evenly over the substrate. Smooth the applied layer with a stainless steel trowel.
Sanding
Sanding should be performed after the surface has completely dried, manually or mechanically, using sandpaper or mesh. It is recommended to use grit #150-220.
Consumption:
Applying plaster: on average, approximately 1.0 kg of mass is consumed per 1 m2 per layer, depending on the applied thickness and the quality of the substrate.
Gluing boards: on average, approximately 0.5 kg is consumed per 1 m of plasterboard joint. (consumption depends on the thickness, shape and method of profiling the edges of the plasterboards).
