The material has been changed to accommodate properties such as heat resistance, water and oil repellency, fire resistance, and dirt prevention, in line with the use of "per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)." A water-repellent fabric treated with a PFAS-free water repellent agent 'C0 water repellent processing' has been adopted for the outer material. This backpack has been designed with usability in mind for various scenes. The main opening features an easy-to-open curve, and the side pocket with gathers is striking even within a simple design. The zipper has also been changed to be PFAS-free to match the outer material, and the chest harness specifications have been altered to prevent strap loss, with each adjuster made lighter. Changes have been made down to the inner mesh material, key hook, and D-ring shapes, with detailed improvements reviewed. Additionally, the design of the brand name tag has been changed.
