LDAC is not supported by iPhone, iPad, or other iOS devices. These devices normally connect using the AAC or SBC codec.

To use LDAC, enable the function in the Soundcore app and update the earbuds to the required firmware version.

The connected Android device must support LDAC. Anker recommends a compatible device running Android 8.0 or later.

Dolby Audio settings and other sound features can be configured through the Soundcore app.
