Due to shipping restrictions, some carpets need to be folded and packaged and may have creases, which are not quality issues.
Creases will disappear over time and can also be resolved with low temperature steam ironing. Hope you can understand.

Vacuum Packaging & Temporary Creases
To ensure safe transit and optimize shipping costs, our rugs are folded and vacuum-compressed. Due to the long international transit time (847870+ days), it is normal for the rug to have creases or fold marks upon arrival, especially for larger sizes.
Please note: These creases are a result of the packaging process and are NOT a quality defect. They do not affect the rug's functionality, durability, or safety.
The creases will naturally flatten and fade over time with regular use and foot traffic. For a quicker recovery, you may reverse-roll the rug or place heavy objects (like furniture or books) on the creased areas for a few days.
